This policy explains what personal data PrismIQ collects, why, for how long, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum the service needs, we never sell it, and the strategic question you submit to the board is not stored at all. The technical detail of how that is enforced is in the Security & Data Policy.
M&A Infrastructure & Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Lakeland, Florida, USA, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact for any privacy matter: info@m-a-infraconsulting.com.
We collect only what the service needs: your email address when you request a free trial or make a purchase; your name and billing details when PayPal processes a payment (we never see or store card data); aggregate usage data per access code, meaning the count of analyses run and their dates, with no content; and anonymous audience statistics if you consent to analytics cookies. The question you submit to the board is not part of this list. It is not written to any database of ours: it travels encrypted, is processed, and the response is returned to your browser. The only exception is the unlawful-use case described in the Terms of Service.
To provide the service and fulfil the contract you entered into when purchasing or activating a code (performance of a contract). To send you your access code, your deliverable, and messages strictly related to your purchase (performance of a contract). To send occasional emails about PrismIQ when you ticked the box asking for them (consent, withdrawable at any time). To understand how the site is used, in aggregate (consent, through the cookie banner). And to comply with legal obligations, including the anti-money-laundering and sanctions framework cited in the Terms.
Your email stays in our contact list until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for the period required by U.S. tax and accounting rules. Aggregate use counters live as long as the access code is valid. Signature working copies are retained encrypted for up to 12 months, or deleted earlier if you ask. Questions, as stated above, are not retained at all.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of processors, each under contract and each with a specific job: a U.S. commercial AI provider for the analysis, under no-training terms with automatic deletion on its side; a hosting and serverless platform for the site and its functions; an email platform for transactional messages and, if you consented, occasional communications; and PayPal for payments. Where these providers process data outside your country, transfers rely on the safeguards described in the Security & Data Policy.
The site works without any non-essential cookie. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the banner, and the banner lets you decline without losing any functionality. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. The detail of what is measured is in the Security & Data Policy.
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to a particular use, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to info@m-a-infraconsulting.com and we answer within thirty (30) days. We do not charge for this and we do not require a specific form. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link in the footer. One click removes you from the list, with no confirmation step and no questions asked. Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel a paid plan: subscriptions are cancelled from your PayPal account, under Automatic payments, at any time and keeping access until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also write to info@m-a-infraconsulting.com and we do it for you.
PrismIQ is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, write to info@m-a-infraconsulting.com and we delete it.
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and change the date below. Material changes are announced to the contact list before they take effect.
