1We never store your question

PrismIQ has no database. Your question travels encrypted, gets analyzed, and the answer returns to you. No copy of your query or its result remains in our infrastructure. If you attach a document (Pro/Signature plans), the file is read inside your browser and never leaves your computer; only the extracted text relevant to your question is analyzed, under the same no-training and limited-retention provider terms, and is never stored by PrismIQ.

2Your data trains no AI

Analysis runs on the commercial API of a leading U.S. AI provider, under enterprise terms: your data is never used to train models, and is automatically deleted from the provider's systems within a maximum of 30 days. The provider's name and full compliance documentation are available on request.

3End-to-end encryption in transit

All communication, from your browser to our backend and from our backend to the analysis engine, travels over TLS (HTTPS). No exceptions.

4Controlled access

The tool is not public: it operates with unique, personal, revocable access codes. Your analysis session is yours.

5The deliverable is yours

The final report (PDF) is delivered directly to you. We keep an encrypted working copy for a maximum of 12 months for support, or delete it sooner at your request. We never use your case as a commercial reference without your written authorization.

6If something fails, we tell you

In the event of any security incident that could affect your information, we notify you within a maximum of 72 hours, with the detail of what happened and what we did.

7Acceptable use: legal framework

PrismIQ operates within the framework of U.S. law, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and OFAC sanctions regulations. Queries seeking to facilitate, structure, or conceal unlawful activity (money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, corruption or bribery, human trafficking, slavery, child labor, arms or drug trafficking, or any other illicit activity) will not be analyzed, will result in immediate revocation of the access code, and may be recorded and reported to the competent authorities. This is the sole exception to our no-retention commitment.

8Copyright and DMCA notifications

If you believe content processed through PrismIQ infringes your copyright, send a notification to our designated agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration DMCA-1076145): Copyright Agent, M&A Infrastructure & Consulting LLC, 1585 Caprice Dr Bldg 17 Unit 104, Lakeland, FL 33811, USA · andres@m-a-infraconsulting.com. Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.

9Users in the European Union (GDPR)

For users in the EU/EEA, we process personal data (your email and purchase record) on the legal basis of contract performance, and marketing communications only with your consent. Your questions and documents are not stored by PrismIQ and never train any model; the AI provider deletes them within 30 days. Processing takes place in the United States under standard contractual clauses with our providers. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any right, write to info@m-a-infraconsulting.com; we respond within 30 days.

10Cookies and measurement

We use two measurement tools on the public site: Google Analytics 4, to understand which pages lead to a decision, and the Meta pixel with its Conversions API, to measure the advertising that brings people here. Both set cookies in your browser. What we measure is navigation: pages viewed, buttons clicked, and purchases completed with their amount. Your analysis questions and any document you attach are never measured, never sent to these tools, and never leave the protections described in points 1 and 2 of this policy.

If you visit us from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, nothing runs until you accept: measurement stays disabled by default under Google Consent Mode v2, and the Meta pixel is not even loaded. Everywhere else, measurement starts on arrival and the notice lets you turn it off. Your choice is stored in your own browser for one year, and you can change it whenever you want.

To sell you an access code we also send Meta the confirmation that a purchase happened, with your email address hashed with SHA-256 so it travels unreadable. We never send the amount of any Signature review conversation, your name, or anything you wrote. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Change your cookie preferences.

11Users in the United Arab Emirates (PDPL)

For users in the UAE, we process personal data in line with the principles of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021): contract performance as the legal basis for your email and purchase record, and your consent for marketing communications. Your questions and documents are not stored by PrismIQ and never train any model; the AI provider deletes them within 30 days. We do not request or knowingly process sensitive categories or health data. Processing takes place in the United States under contractual safeguards with our providers.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, and to object to automated decision-making; write to info@m-a-infraconsulting.com and we respond within 30 days. If a security incident affects your data, we notify you as described in point 6 and the UAE Data Office where applicable. The DIFC and ADGM financial centres operate their own data protection regimes; if you engage us from an entity registered there, write to us for the corresponding addendum.

12The free trial and the email you give us

When you request a free trial we ask only for your email and your explicit consent. Purpose: to send you your one-time access code and, if you agree, occasional PrismIQ updates. Legal basis: your consent, which is separate from running the trial and which you may withdraw at any time — every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, or you can write to info@m-a-infraconsulting.com. Your trial question is treated exactly like any other: it is never stored by PrismIQ and never trains any model. We keep your email and the fact that you requested a trial to run it and, with your consent, for follow-up; you can ask us to erase it at any time. One trial per email; the code allows a single analysis and expires within hours.
